Every service Trinity offers starts the same way — with a discovery conversation, not a sales pitch. Below are the ways Trinity helps churches nationwide finance, refinance, build, renovate, and make the most of the property they already own.
Before any product gets named, David Pack wants to understand what your church owns or rents, your balance, your rate, your payment, and what you’re actually trying to accomplish. That conversation is free, carries no obligation, and is often where the most value gets delivered — sometimes the honest answer is to wait, to buy instead of build, or to borrow less than your church qualifies for.
The discovery conversation itself, treated as a service in its own right. Before any product is named, David maps out what your church owns, owes, and is trying to accomplish.
Moving churches out of a bad structure or a failed debt service coverage covenant and into a lender built for how churches actually operate.
Financing for churches buying an existing facility instead of building new, often at a fraction of the cost.
Ground-up construction financing, arranged only when the numbers genuinely support building new.
Facility upgrade financing, with particular experience in roof and HVAC replacement — the two costs churches most often underestimate.
Advisory support on the build itself, alongside the financing behind it.
Helping churches partner with developers to turn unused land into affordable or high-density housing for the community.
Trinity’s fee is a percentage of loan size — which means every recommendation to borrow less costs David money, and he makes those recommendations anyway. Roughly 95% of Trinity’s church placements carry no debt service coverage covenant, protecting churches from the six-month renewal cycles that come with a failed covenant. And there’s one rule that doesn’t bend: if David wouldn’t sign for a deal himself, he won’t put a church into it — which is why Trinity does no secondary-market placements and no bond deals.
Experience a God-centered way in managing your assets and business investments.
Working with Trinity follows six steps, from that first conversation to the day your church closes:
Review and understand your previous and current financial results.
Create strategies, action plans, and your loan request package.
Contact and leverage our lending partner pool.
Negotiate structure and terms with the lender to benefit our client.
Obtain final loan approval and complete due diligence, such as appraisal and title work.
Execute loan documents, transfer funds, and transfer ownership.
Alongside financing, Trinity offers Kingdom Living & Wealth Building, led by Traci Bowman — financial coaching and stewardship programming for congregations. Learn more on the Kingdom Living & Wealth Building page.
